Thank you for your interest in using the University of Arizona's crowdfunding platform. This application will evaluate your project's suitability for a crowdfunding campaign. 

Submitted applications are reviewed regularly and we will reach out to you within 2 weeks of submitting. Please be as detailed as possible when you fill out the application.
