It contributes to personal growth and success, and provides the tools to dream, learn, innovate, and create in areas of personal interest and desire. Being granted a generous scholarship is the vital launch over the hurdles that prevent the ability to gain a strong foundation for the future, including finical insecurity and stress as well as lack of funds to be able to pursue learning and life-changing experiences. My scholarship was the road to being able to attend the University of Arizona, learn who I am, and gain the knowledge and experience to continue down an inspiring path ahead and possibly change the world."
