The American Medical Association (AMA) has approved new codes for health and wellness coaching, which will allow providers to bill insurance companies for health coaching, making it much more available to patients when it comes to primary care.
This means that our coaches will have more and better employment opportunities AND more patients will have more access to coaches!
Our coaching program is backed by the academic excellence of the University of Arizona and the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, which is internationally recognized for its innovative educational programs, evidence-based clinical practice, and research that substantiates the field of integrative medicine
The codes will be effective January 1, 2020.
