Our second annual crowdfunding campaign is now in the books, and with your help, we raised $27,395! More than 175 people donated in 30 days. Amazing!
Cooper Center for Environmental Learning (Camp Cooper) is now one step closer to being able to offer memorable environmental learning programs with a full complement of passionate and highly qualified educational staff members. Other fundraising efforts are currently underway to operate the Center for next year. If you or someone you know were unable to contribute during crowdfunding but would still like to give, you can do so by following this link to Cooper's donation page with University of Arizona Foundation: https://www.uafoundation.org/netcommunity/sslpage.aspx?pid=1489.
You can expect to receive a receipt for your gift and thank you letter from the College of Education very shortly, and Cooper Director Colin Waite will be sending you a card later this summer. You can also expect an invitation to a special donor recognition event at the Center in the fall.

We are less than $8,000 from our goal of raising $20,000 for our educational staff. Every dollar is essential if we are to operate the center at full capacity for the 2016-17 school year. Thank you to the 125 people who have donated so far - please share our campaign with family, friends, and professional colleagues to maximize the value of your support. Remember, Tucson Unified Superintendent HT Sanchez and a team of donors will match up to $10,000 in gifts from TUSD staff and parents, and we still have a way to go to answer that challenge!
Join us in providing memorable Camp Cooper overnight experiences in our wondrous Sonoran Desert to over 3,000 students next year. With your help, the center is inspiring the next generation of environmentally responsible citizens for our community.

Thank you.
Five days remaining in our crowdfunding campaign with just over $10,000 left to raise. Thank you to each and every one of you for your gift to our campaign. Now, we need your help in sharing our appeal to #SupportCampCooper with family, friends, and professional colleagues. Every gift, whether it's $5 or $5,000, gets us closer to a full schedule of Camp Cooper field trips next year with an educational team that is energetic and passionate about sharing their love of the Sonoran Desert. Your gift helps us to provide a memorable experience in nature to over 4,000 children, and that impact lasts a lifetime.
