The Wildcat Mentor Society (WMS) is a transformative program that connects world-class University of Arizona alumni like you with the thought-leaders of tomorrow. This mutually beneficial mentorship program launched in 2018, with the support of alumni donors. In that time, more than 300 participants have taken advantage of this unique opportunity.
Your involvement in the WMS is what drives our success! We are asking you to support future mentors and growth goals for the program at the level with which you are most comfortable by making a gift today. Our goal with this crowdfunding project is to engage 100% of our mentors over the next 30 days.

Your gift will help to increase program participation and enable us to develop additional programming opportunities that support alumni connections with Wildcats looking to navigate their student and professional careers.

Prior to each program year, mentors and mentees complete in-depth and accessible training to maximize their mentoring experience. Topics include active listening, goal setting, inclusive practices and structuring the relationship.
Events are one way we keep mentors and mentees engaged and energized throughout the year! Help support our signature events that include keynote speakers, dining and digital options!
Throughout the year, we host career and professional development events and opportunities for participants. Topics include networking, resume tips, interview techniques, navigating the workplace and more!
Wildcat Mentor Society mentors are dedicated to supporting the leaders of tomorrow through hands-on learning opportunities to develop their leadership skills. You can assist us with support programs and events aimed at producing high performers in a variety of industries.
