Help us honor Bruce Johnson's exemplary service as our Dean!
On June 30, 2022, Bruce Johnson will step down as the Dean of the College of Education. For the last 15 years, Bruce has been a dedicated leader in the college, serving as a department head for 10 years prior to becoming dean in 2017. Bruce will continue teaching in the college and return to his research, building on his impressive 22 years of service.
To establish a permanent expression of our appreciation of Dean Johnson's service, a rammed earth wall with a Ben's Bells saguaro mosaic mural will be built at the Cooper Center for Environmental Learning. A place of great significance to Dean Johnson, the Cooper Center serves over 3,000 students each year. The mural will establish the Cooper Center as an official Kind Campus, promoting kindness to students and visitors for years to come.
This is a unique opportunity for us to honor Dean Johnson. We hope you will make a contribution to support the creation of this mural!
If you prefer to give by check, please contact Emma at emmen@arizona.edu or (520) 621-2972 for instructions.
