Help us keep our community sun safe and skin cancer free!

Join us in raising awareness about skin cancer and the need for sun safety. Avoiding too much sun, covering up and using sunscreen are the best ways to prevent skin cancer. Early detection is also important, so examine your skin monthly for any changes. When skin cancer is caught early, it is usually very treatable.

You can help us celebrate the month of May by:

  • Protecting and checking your skin
  • Watching short videos that will be posted on the "Updates" tab above
  • Donating to help us continue our mission to prevent and cure skin cancer

The Skin Cancer Institute (SCI) is a non-profit organization, so we need your help to continue our mission to prevent and cure skin cancer. Please help us reach our goal of $10,000. Every donation is appreciated!

Come back every week in May for more video presentations from our faculty and staff.
