After 40 years at the University, Pam Perry will be retiring in June 2024 as the senior associate dean of Eller MBA programs. Pam began her career in Student Affairs for the University of Arizona and joined Eller College in 1992. Over her years at the university—32 of which were in Eller College—she progressed through a variety of leadership roles, spending a majority of her career leading the college’s undergraduate programs, and segued into the graduate side in 2019.
Throughout her career, Pam was consistently recognized for excellence in her field. Among her accolades, in May 2023 she received the Billy Joe Varney Award for inclusive excellence, service to the community, going above and beyond in her career, and a longtime passion for the university. In July 2023, she also was named one of AZ Big Media’s 2023 Most Influential Women in Arizona Business.
While at the university, Pam was an advocate for the students wanting their collegiate experience to prepare them for their career. Her leadership and creative thinking have transformed the college and truly helped establish the “Eller Experience”.
Please join us as we honor Pam and establish the Pamela Perry “Eller Experience” Endowment. At Pam’s request it will support the programs directly aligned with the undergraduate experience. It will include professional development, student club and business communications among other programs.
