Danny is a senior studying physiology. He is in his 4th semester as a peer mentor. Sean is a first-year Project FOCUS student who enjoys video games and has tons of dinosaur knowledge to share.
When asked about what Project FOCUS means to him, Danny said, "to me, Project FOCUS is all about empowering students to be ready for life post-grad via all their new experiences in college. And of course having a lot of fun in the process..."
With his senior year well underway, Danny is in the midst of applying to dental school. He hopes to open his own sensory-friendly dental practice aimed at supporting individuals with disabilities—something his time with Project FOCUS has most definitely prepared him for!
Sean is wrapping up his first semester at UA and he's already found a favorite spot to hang on campus... the VR room in the main library! He's getting the hang of navigating campus, and one of his newest adventures has been taking the Sun Link street car down to University Blvd to explore!
