Description automatically generatedThis year, 8 new students have signed up for the program, immersing themselves in German culture, language and history while studying at Universität Leipzig, one of the world's oldest universities. We are now in the 23rd year of this program and want to make this transformative experience possible for even more future students! Study abroad programs, like Arizona Summer Study in Leipzig, offer intensely focused language and cultural learning opportunities. Students use German daily, explore new customs and practices, negotiate unfamiliar spaces, and make new connections and lifelong friends along the way. Many students need financial support to make such an endeavor possible and the Department of German Studies provides scholarships to help our majors and minors. Please consider contributing today to provide these needed funds to more students. The Arizona Summer Study in Leipzig is an ideal place for discovering German history and culture and the Department of German Studies is committed to expanding access to these opportunities.

Herzlichen Dank!
