Thank you so much for supporting the Eller African American Honorary Alumni Scholarship. Your gift advances our mission, but more importantly, it will create a meaningful difference in the lives of many. Together, we are building an institution of inclusive excellence where all members across the Eller College of Management can grow and thrive in countless areas.
Thank you for your dedication to our community and your investment in Eller students.
Eller African American Honorary (EAAH) is more than a club to its members, it is a community. To Jacob Lassiter ’18, Ebitie Amughan ’16, Tripp Twyman ’18 and Riem Kidane ’18, EAAH gave them a community of support, developed their skills and enabled their academic passions. Only a few years after graduation, they have pledged to create the Eller African American Honorary Alumni Scholarship to help EAAH members who exemplify the leadership skills, academic excellence and passion for civic engagement they too gained while at Eller.
A pivotal part of my college experience and academic success was the communities I became involved with. I always knew when I graduated that I wanted to give back to those communities in a meaningful way. It’s is my hope that this endowment fund/scholarship can continue cultivating a strong community of Black student leaders at Eller; enabling them to focus their attention on academic success/passions/pursuits and not the financial cost of their education.

This Black History Month, we invite you to join us by honoring the history and supporting the future of Black Eller students. By making a gift to the Eller African American Honorary Alumni Scholarship you are empowering Black Eller students on their academic journey. Join Jacob, Ebitie, Tripp and Riem, as they celebrate EAAH students’ achievements and successes every day.
I think a lot about what I would've done if I didn't spend so much time working during undergrad, and hopefully this scholarship will help a set of students realize those ideas instead of letting them grow into what-ifs.
-Tripp Twyman
